For security purposes the order needs to be completed in one session.
To complete the order please have the following douments ready for upload, formats accepted (pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, gif):
Copy of ID or passport document.
Proof of address.
One months bank statement or bank letter to confirm bank details.
If the bank account being used for payment is in the name of a company then the company CIPC document is required as well as a copy of the directors ID.
The name and signature submitted for the order will be added to a copy of the ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY, TERMS & CONDIITONS and APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS as acceptance.
