• Installation & Contract Options

  Month-to-Month Contract:

  • Reconnection Fee: R1,150.00 (if fibre switch is already installed and working).
  • Installation Fee: R1,725.00  (if no installation is in place, covers first 30m).

  12-Month Contract:

  • Free installation.
  • Reconnection Fee: Waived.
  • Cancellation Policy: If cancelled within the 12-month period, a fee of R1,725.00 plus 50% of the remaining contract value applies.

  • Subject to signing a 12 month contract.
  • For all packages up to 10Gbps.
  • Only applicable for new installations / reactivations for customers that were inactive for 90days or longer (this is not based on client, this is based on termination point).
  • Excludes migrations and downgrades.
  • Discounted rate for 3 months, normal package price thereafter.
  • No downgrades allowed during the first 12 months (only permitted on completion of the 12 month contract).
  • Downgrade will result in clawback of regular pricing for first 3 months + downgrade fee (considered to be a breach of contract).
  • Cancellation within the first 12 months will result in clawback of discounts provided and 50% balance of contract.

Delaration

I declare that the information entered in on the application form is true and correct. I am authorized to sign on behalf of the party who has ordered the service e(s). I hereby consent to credit vetting. In case of minor/sponsorship applicant, I the signee of the application attest to suretyship hereof. I understand that payment will be processed by means of monthly debit order as laid out in the FREDD SUBSCRIBER TERMS & CONDITIONS, section 6.5 and consent to Tesuco Telecommunications (Proprietary) Limited to issue instructions to my banker in this regard.
