- Subject to signing a 12-month contract.
- Only applicable for new installations or reactivations at locations inactive for 90+ days (based on termination point, not client).
- Excludes migrations and downgrades. No subscription charges for the first 3 months; regular package pricing applies thereafter.
- Downgrades not allowed during the first 12 months; permitted only after contract completion.
- Any downgrade during the term constitutes a breach and will trigger clawback of 3-month regular fees + downgrade fee.
- Early cancellation incurs clawback of all discounts and 50% of the remaining contract value.
